Based on Ministry Degree No. 43 year 2005 about Organization and Work Mechanism of Ministry of Transportation. DGLC is one of organization under the Ministry of Transportation (MOT) assignments, led by a Director General of Land Transportation who has responsibility to Minister of Transportation.
